Justin Bieber has canceled the remaining dates on his Purpose World Tour. According to a statement on Bieber’s website, the tour, which was scheduled to end on September 6, will not continue:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose World Tour concerts. Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.

The Purpose tour began on March 9, 2016 in Seattle, meaning that the Canadian star has been touring for 16 months. According to TMZ, there were 14 shows left to go. At the time of writing, Ticketmaster listed North American dates for the Purpose Tour ending on August 24 in New Jersey, with two Canadian dates in September. Last October, the singer walked off stage in Manchester after the crowd screamed and booed while he tried to talk.
