‘Teen Titans’ spoof highlights big leap DC still has to make

“Teen Titans Go! To the Movies” is irreverent, exuberant and periodically clever, a colorful animated sendup of superhero movies in general, and DC Comics in particular. It is also, somewhat inadvertently, a sign of the challenges DC and Warner Bros. have faced in bringing their characters to the screen, yielding films that don’t always hold up to the standard that would warrant spoofing.
