South Asian, African-born women at greater risk of stillbirth in Australia: study

Mothers’ ethnicities should should change the way they are monitored in their final weeks of pregnancy, researchers say, with South Asian-born women 27 per cent more likely to experience a stillbirth than their Australian-born counterparts.
