Quantum physicist named 2018 Australian of the Year

A physics professor on the cutting edge of quantum computing is named Australian of the Year, with the other 2018 awardees including a maths teacher from Western Sydney, a biophysicist helping to solve the world’s food challenges and a global soccer sensation.
