Federal police investigate threatening letter sent to SAS witness in Afghanistan probe

Defence says a member of the SAS received a threatening letter over giving evidence to an inquiry into the conduct of soldiers in Afghanistan. The two-year long probe has uncovered numerous concerns about the conduct of Australian special forces, including several possible unlawful killings.
